About this Blog

Why is the minimum wage different in every state? How come some people can e-file their taxes or court documents while others can’t? When a state decriminalizes something that is still illegal at the federal level, what happens? Learning about the law is trip down a waterfall of questions. An obnoxious, accurate answer to many of them is “it depends.” That’s not very helpful, is it?
